chore: Remove 1.x support and the one-time storage migration - #552
Hubs on the 1.x partition table now go through the firmware on
migration/firmware-2.0, so this firmware only runs on the current table.
- Remove components migration, partition_layout, fs and littlefs, the
migrate serial command and the OTA flash-write lock
- The config store is the cfg partition only: no shared nvs fallback, no
move into cfg and no 1.x file import. rawconfig no longer guesses at
1.5.x flipped defaults or forces default fields into the buffer
- The portal and OTA only know the www image
- Publish www.bin for every release; drop the littlefs staticfs.bin and
the littlefs-python dependency
- Default the firmware repository domain to repo.openshock.dev

only still-valid issues, skip the rest with a brief reason, keep changes
minimal, and validate.

- Line 290: Update FlashPartitionFromUrl to buffer the image magic prefix across
initial HTTP reads before calling Www::StartsLikeImage, so a valid image is
accepted even when the first read contains fewer than four bytes.

Walkthrough
The firmware removes legacy 1.x storage migration and LittleFS support, uses the cfg partition or RAM defaults for configuration, and replaces whole-config Ready messages with selected settings. Portal assets and filesystem OTA updates now use the www image. The build and publishing tools produce and select www.bin.
Configuration initialization uses cfg and loads defaults in RAM if the partition cannot initialize. Legacy imports, schema tracking, and shared-NVS migration are removed. OTA settings normalize either of the two 1.x CDN domains to the configured default; custom domains remain unchanged.
Remove migration and LittleFS support components/fs/*, components/littlefs/*, components/migration/*, components/partition_layout/*, components/config/src/Migration.cpp, components/www/src/Migration.cpp, components/serial_console/src/command_handlers/migrate.cpp, main/main.cpp
Migration tasks, partition-table rewriting, LittleFS support, and the serial migration command are removed. Firmware startup no longer starts migration.
The HubConfig FlatBuffers form and rawconfig command are removed. Ready messages carry RF, E-Stop, saved-SSID, and OTA settings; the frontend maps those fields into its configuration state.
Serve and update the www image components/captive_portal/src/captiveportal/*, components/ota/*, components/www/*, .changes/www-image.md, .changes/board-descriptor.md
The portal serves assets from the www image. OTA parsing and flashing target www partitions, check the image before flashing, verify the flashed partition, and skip flashing when its hash matches. Strict descriptor checks reject images without a descriptor.
The build uses the active partition CSV to size the www image and stops configuration when the required www offset is missing. Artifact generation and publishing select only www.bin; board defaults no longer select partitions/ota_4mb.csv directly.
Replace TinyVec in Base64 APIs

Summary
Use std::vector for Base64 buffers components/common/include/TinyVec.h, components/crypto/include/Base64.h, components/crypto/src/Base64.cpp, components/crypto/host_test/main/*
TinyVec is removed. Base64 encoding and decoding use std::vector<uint8_t> buffers, and Base64 tests use vector buffers.

OpenShock/Firmware issue 539: The issue concerns config saves limited by LittleFS storage. This change removes the LittleFS config path and uses the cfg NVS store, but the supplied summary does not establish that the reported save failure is fixed.

A valid portal-image update can fail when its first download read is short. The existing image remains intact, but the update may need to be retried; buffer the prefix before merging.

Explanation
The title "chore: Remove 1.x support and the one-time storage migration" matches the main change. The PR removes the 1.x storage import, the StorageMigration and Config::MigrateToCfgPartition code, the www migration path, the legacy static0 and littlefs handling, and the FlatBuffers config form. The title names the primary change at a suitable level of detail. The title is a single sentence and avoids file lists and vague terms. It does not mention the OTA domain move, the www image consolidation, or the removal of TinyVec, but the PR does not require every detail in the title.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 13.73% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 102 functions across 58 files. Bump the schemas to drop HubConfig and regenerate. The Ready message now carries only what the portal shows: the RF TX pin, the E-Stop state, the saved SSIDs and the OTA settings. Remove config/Wire, every section's ToFlatbuffers and the rawconfig serial command; jsonconfig covers it.
An empty store already reads as the defaults, so the fill, its read-back and the root/schema marker only served the 1.x import. Sections now reach the store through StorageLabel alone, and a factory reset just erases. Handle::Open's write flag had one production value, so it becomes OpenForWrite.
Downgrading to the migration firmware is no longer supported for a hub set up on this firmware: without the marker it treats the store as empty.
The default already moved to repo.openshock.dev, but a default only reaches a missing key. A hub that stored firmware.openshock.org kept asking it for a repository API it does not serve, so it could never update again. Normalize now turns that domain into the default on every value the config takes in.
The config wire format and rawconfig were TinyVec's real users, and Base64 only used it as a buffer. Base64 stays as a general helper. Decode can now throw on allocation, so it is no longer noexcept. serial_console no longer needs crypto.
The www image is the only source now: every body is gzipped and every response has an ETag, so those optional paths go, serveFromImage folds into its one caller, and the gzip check runs only for a path that exists. The www partition's constants move private and the hash offset gets one name.
ota is hwutil's only caller. The firmware has no filesystem any more, so the internals say www; the gateway enum values and the staticfs artifact type stay, since they are wire names. The two channel name switches become one, so jsonconfig now writes the channel in lowercase (import ignores case).
The strict board check now refuses an image with no descriptor. It only passed them for a downgrade to a pre-descriptor build, and those builds have no www image, so an update to one is already refused.
…etting
With one table, gen_staticfs takes a single --partition-csv and CMake stops on a table with no www partition rather than building a firmware with no portal. The board fragments no longer repeat the table from sdkconfig.defaults, which is what STORAGE.md already said. Delete the unused single_4mb.csv and a version input the publish step does not read.
WiFiCredentials converted to JSON through the FlatBuffers enum, whose values match the blob's codes, so it now uses the blob's table. The FlatBuffers mapping moves into WSLocal, its only user, and WiFiAuthMode.h goes. Assert that the enums cast by value match their schema, so a schema edit fails the build.
